Last night while I was making supper (dinner, as what you non newfies out there call it), I figured I would do what most bloggers do and take lots of pictures of what I was eating so that I could share and impress you all with my cooking skills. Ha! Okay, that last part may be a little untrue because I'm pretty sure that Todd did not propose to me for my cooking skills.
There is one thing that I make often that we both actually really enjoy, though, and that are pitta pizzas. I wanted to share because if I can make it, then anyone else who is lacking in the cooking department can make it too. It's super easy, fast, and delicious...aka, definitely my kind of meal! Plus, it tricks my brain into thinking I'm eating pizza when it fact it's a healthier version.
Here's all you need:
-Pittas
-Pizza sauce
-Chicken (already cooked)
-Cheese (optional)
-And whatever else you want to throw on top of them!

You make them exactly like you would make a regular pizza
They only need to go in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and the pittas are a little crispy.
